We are qualifying retired police officers for carrying permits valid in the state of New Jersey and to meet the requirements of Law Enforcement Officers Safety Act (HR 218). The State requires the Retired police officers to be qualified twice in a calendar year with three months minimum period in between of these qualifications.
The initial qualifications are by appointment only. Please call us to set up an appointment. Qualifications for initial carrying permit applications are held the day of Friday at 3 PM.

We also provide Firearms training and qualifications for Armed Security Guards. Armed security guards in New Jersey must be licensed. In addition, additional training, which includes firearms training, is required. After all requirements are met, license is administered by the New Jersey Superintendent’s office. You must apply for a weapon permit at your local New Jersey police department for requirements as each city and county may vary. However, may be expected to successful complete a firearms safety course, which covers handling your weapon as well as range training.
The State Fees are: Application $75($50 for application and $25 registry surcharge) Fingerprinting $70.25
